Give your wardrobe a new, rainbow life! Come to Pride Village for a creative screen printing workshop where you can print your own clothes or score original second-hand pieces.
We've put together exclusive designs from talented queer artists. Get ready for playful queer history in paper doll style by Andreas (@rejka), joyful and slightly provocative aesthetics by Lídia Linhartová (Sweet & Edgy), mythical creatures with feminist undertones by Barbora Idesová, or DIY animal motifs by Zuzana Kotrbová.
What awaits you on site?

Your workshop guides: Gabu Milford – screen prints, draws and does graphic design. Creates and prints designs that focus on playing with the Czech language and a cynical view of our bizarre world where we fall into dark humor or fly on rainbow unicorns. Discovered this world at Hollar and continued at UMPRUM. Love, aesthetics, cats and unicorns guide us all!
Annemarie Havlíčková – mainly does graphic design – loves creating and setting books and posters! Besides graphic design, she occasionally illustrates, prints, or runs her small jewelry brand Anntracit. Still riding the same wave of what she studied – like Gabu Milford, a "Hollar child". After Hollar, she worked with interactive graphics and then studied visual communication at Solent University.
Meet the creators of the prepared graphics:
Ludmila Linhartová (Sweet & Edgy) – is a textile designer and illustrator living in Prague. In her work, she loves combining bold colors, daring patterns and symbolism, a love for diversity, joy and queer aesthetics. Her visual style connects playfulness and light provocation with deeper themes of empathy and respect for differences. Ludmila's illustrations celebrate the courage to be yourself and use color as a tool for non-violent dialogue with the world. Through the Sweet & Edgy brand, she presents her designs on textiles, clothing and digital products, aiming to bring people joy, courage and inspiration into their everyday lives.
Andreas L. (@rejka) is a trans artist and graphic designer who loves working with traditional graphic techniques, oil painting and gouache, as well as comics and textile art. His inspirations include queer history, symbolism and fantasy. The print for Prague Pride Festival is inspired by paper dolls from magazines: from Oscar Wilde's carnations to Tom of Finland-style leather wear. How many different elements of queer culture can you spot?
Barbora Idesová – is an independent illustrator from the wild eastern Slovak city of Košice, currently living in Prague. She is inspired by nature, sun, music, meditation, myths and adventures with friends. Her drawings often capture various creatures from her own imaginary mythology. Goddesses, demigods, mythical forest beings with ordinary human qualities. They appear in strangely familiar dream scenes full of symbols and decorative elements. Through these beings, she also tries to create space for discussion of topics important to her, such as feminism and LGBTQ+. She enjoys working on editorial articles, books and commercial projects.
Zuzana Kotrbová – studies Textiles at UMPRUM. She loves animals, whether her own or ones she can randomly pet. She's happiest outdoors and when she can watch flowing water or sit in moss and become part of the surroundings. She collects rubbings and loves DIY aesthetics. She drinks beer in the grass. Sometimes she makes her own scent and sometimes it smells nice and sometimes it reminds you of a disaster like a burning forest. She draws muscular tomcats, deep prints on tetra packs, enjoys making single-page zines about anything, and loves combining textures. She's a big Survivor fan and loves going to raves and sleeping outside. She'd like to live in an allotment garden and dig in the vegetable beds.
