About
Unwanted comments, touching, staring, indecent exposure, masturbation, stalking… According to available data, sexual harassment in public has been experienced by one in three women and one in ten men (Focus, 2021).
For those being harassed, it's often difficult to defend themselves, whether due to fear or freezing up. But as bystanders, we can intervene in such situations and set boundaries with the aggressor.
At the Konsent Stand Up workshop, you'll learn how to be more than just a passive bystander and how you can help effectively and, most importantly, safely. Don't tolerate sexual harassment when you see it. Learn how to intervene.
This workshop was developed by L'Oréal Paris and is funded by them.

Organized by – Konsent Since 2016, Konsent has been debunking myths about sex and relationships. We started in the field of sexual violence and harassment, and today we provide comprehensive sexual and relationship education for children and adults through workshops for educators, parents, and other adults who shape young people (youth center workers, camp leaders, etc.). We also train on preventing sexual harassment at universities, companies, and bars. Because awareness is the best prevention of sexual harassment and violence.
In 2024, we advocated for the reform of the rape definition, which came into effect on January 1, 2025. We trained over 4,700 people, our sexual and relationship education methodologies were downloaded by over 2,000 educators, and we released a board game for practicing respectful communication, which we delivered to over 300 institutions. We also developed an online game that anyone can easily download to their phones to learn respectful and consensual communication.
In summer 2024, we brought the first awareness campaign against sexual harassment to Prague public transport. Our vision? A world where everyone knows that respect and consent are the foundation of every interaction.
