A Glimpse into the Future

At Prague Pride Festival, moments are created that you never forget. Some stay in your memory, others gradually transform – just like time itself keeps moving forward.

As part of the A Glimpse into the Future project, you can take a moment to stop by our booth with official festival merch, pick up a postcard, and write a few words. You can address it to yourself or to anyone else. For joy, for encouragement, for remembrance. Your message can be light or personal, playful or serious. What matters is that it belongs to this moment.

Your postcard will stay safely stored with us and will set off on its journey in a year – in July 2027, just before the next Prague Pride Festival. It will remind you of the atmosphere, the emotions, and what mattered to you back then. Maybe it'll bring a smile, maybe it'll surprise you, maybe it'll show how much things have changed in that year. Times change. And that's where their power lies.

⚠️ WATCH YOUR ADDRESS: We'll deliver postcards anywhere in the Czech Republic (we don't send abroad). Please think carefully about what address you write on your message – make sure you don't send it somewhere you won't be in a year

Entry fee – 100 CZK (includes postage by Czech Post in 2027), 50 CZK (postcard only, no mailing) – sold on-site at the merch booth, card payment only

Accessibility – suitable for teenagers, barrier-free

Vibe check – intimate event (up to about 30 people), outdoor space

Organized by – Prague Pride Festival Prague Pride Festival showcases queer art, discusses important contemporary topics, and connects queer people with allies and the wider public. Part of the festival program is created and organized by the organizing team itself; the rest is taken care of by civic and cultural organizations, various collectives, and enthusiastic individuals who contribute to making the largest queer event in the Czech Republic. The theme of Prague Pride Festival 2026 is "Times Change".
