About
What to expect
How do queer people build relationships and seek closeness today? Have apps, social media and lifestyle changes also transformed what we expect from dating? And do we still want serious relationships, or does queer intimacy mean something entirely different to us than to previous generations?
The debate will unpack the current landscape of queer dating – from dating apps and hook-up culture through loneliness, ghosting and situationships to questions of long-term relationships, monogamy, polyamory and open relationships. We'll also discuss the role of stereotypes, body norms, age or life outside big cities, and why seeking closeness can paradoxically be harder than ever.
Speakers Matěj Hřib – editor at queer magazine Qult (IG: @matej.hrib) Milan Kovačič – ex-CEO of queer dating apps Zoe and Surge (IG: @milan__kovacic) Eliška Mynářová – queer-friendly individual and couples psychotherapist (IG: @eliska.elliadeh)
