Parents Group (CZ)

Have you discovered that your child is gay, lesbian, or bisexual? Are you struggling to accept this and looking for ways to cope, strengthen your relationship with your child, and support them?

We invite you to join a support group for parents of LGBT+ children. Come talk about what you're experiencing with others in similar situations. You can find inspiration and discover new approaches. The group will be facilitated by a psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience working with LGBT+ people and their families.

The classic support group is limited to a maximum of 12 people and meets once a month. Details will be shared with registered participants.

We currently run three groups – one led by Irena Smetáčková and Jana Soukupová, another by Jana Soukupová and Lea Roland, and a third online group led by Irena Smetáčková and Adam Šindelář. After signing up, one of the group facilitators will contact you based on current availability.

Participation is free. Regular attendance is not required but will be beneficial for you. The group is organized by sbarvouven.cz
