What to expect
Times are changing, and so is our perspective on what we eat. Maybe you want to include more plant-based meals in your diet. But you're not sure how to start in a way that's sustainable, tasty, and above all nutritionally balanced.
Switching to a more plant-based diet doesn't have to mean a radical change overnight. Nutritional therapist and Veggie Challenge coach Marie Marko will show you how to change your eating habits safely and meaningfully. She'll break down which nutrients to watch out for, how to easily incorporate plant-based alternatives, and how to build a well-rounded plate that gives your body energy and everything it needs.
