Support Group - Gender Identity (CZ)

Our group is open to everyone who wants to explore the role of gender and gender identity in their lives. Thinking about your identity? Come out recently? Whether you're trans, nonbinary, genderqueer, or cis – we're here for you!

Together we'll reflect on how gender boxes and stereotypes affect us, how we navigate societal pressures on our gender expression and role, share our experiences, and talk about what brings us joy and what troubles us. A safe space, mutual support, and openness to dialogue are our foundation. Join us – we look forward to seeing you!

The group is organized by the counseling service sbarvouven.cz. For legal reasons, the group is open to everyone aged fifteen and older. If you're younger, don't hesitate to reach out to us via the counseling service's online chat.

Meetings will take place regularly every month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the LGBT+ Community Center. Marcela (psychologist) and Adam (therapeutic training participant) will facilitate the sharing of experiences. If you're interested in joining the group, fill out the registration form HERE. The support group capacity is 12 people. Due to high interest, we've added a second group meeting in one month. Attendance is free. Regular attendance would be great, but it's not mandatory.
