Support Group - Gender Identity (CZ)

Our group is open to everyone who wants to explore the role of gender and gender identity in their life. Thinking about your identity? Have you come out? Whether you're trans, non-binary, genderqueer, or cis – we're here for you!

Together we'll reflect on how gender boxes and stereotypes affect us, how we cope with societal pressure on our gender expression and role, share our experiences, and talk about what brings us joy and what troubles us. A safe space, mutual support, and openness to dialogue are our foundation. Join us – we look forward to meeting you!

The group is organized by the sbarvouven.cz counseling center. For legal reasons, the group is open to everyone aged fifteen and older. If you're younger, don't hesitate to reach out to us via the counseling center's online chat.

Meetings will take place regularly every month from 18:30 to 20:00 at the LGBT+ Community Center. Marcela (psychologist) and Adam (therapeutic training participant) will guide the experience sharing. If you're interested in joining the group, fill out the registration form HERE. The support group capacity is 12 people. Due to high demand, we've added a second group meeting in one month. Attendance is free. Regular attendance would be great, but it's not mandatory.
